GRYS: Our story
How it all began.
Benjamin Woodley started the organisation off the back of a real burden on his heart to see change in the youth of today. Ben wanted to provide mentoring that focuses not just on the young person, but the family also.
Growing up in Hackney, Ben’s childhood came with the same social, demographical and economical challenges that a lot of our youth face, so fast forward to today, Ben felt it necessary to put some legs on this vision, and Get Real was birthed.
It’s been an amazing journey so far, and we will continue to push forward!
